We have currently suspended our open access morning sessions. We are currently operating a telephone triage system. Please call the surgery between 8am - 11am (please note we will close the triage list once we reach our capacity for that morning, this can be before 11am). You will be asked by our admin staff for a brief reason for your call, this allows a GP to triage your call appropriately, please make sure your contact numbers are up to date and that you keep the telephone line free for the GP to call you back. If the GP feels they need to see you for a FACE TO FACE appointment, they will arrange that with you. When you attend the surgery please wear a mask. Please note: there may occasions when patients are seen out of time order due to clinical priority.
We cannot specify an exact time that our GP's will call you back, you will need to keep your line open through the day. We will try to contact you twice before asking you to make a new appointment on another day.
